Give a Cheer
For the rain, I sewed silver thread from top to bottom over Marina Mist Mirror Card. Then on my craft mat, I made "raindrops" with Nuvo Crystal Glaze, and let them dry overnight. Attaching them randomly to the string with a touch of glue. This isn't a card I would make again. Too tedious. But I love the finished card. My grand daughter found these little boots and asked that I make her a card. :)
