Base
I chose a medium blue for the background and cut 3 circles from 2 different cardstocks. Since they were originally hidden by the photos I decided to reposition them after attaching the photos. Four 12" strips of pink plaid washi on white cardstock were cut and attached on the bottom third of both blue papers.
Photos
Double matted on light pink and white. Three half circles were placed at the edges of photos. The 4th was attached to span both pages then cut. A smaller piece of that cardstock was trimmed into a curve and placed in the top right corner.
Title
I chose a simple font on cricut, made a border using the overlay tool, and sliced both layers to create an outline of the letters. I placed the first 3 and second three letters so the edges overlapped in an up/down pattern and welded them. After cutting them out of white cardstock I attached a piece of printed cardstock in coordinating colorsbehind each letter and trimmed them to not show. The title was then attached to both sides of the layout and a few stickers were added to finish.
