The background it stenciled with a Simon Says Stamp Stencil. The die cuts are a generic Amazon set and the sentiments and bats on the inside are from an Anita Jeram set for Colorado Craft Company.
I added some dimensionality to the cat's eyes with Nuvo Crystal Drops, some shine to his whiskers with a metallic gel pen and then I used a white gel pen to create his claws.
