Happy Birthday Card with Polka Dot Bow

A2 card made with white cardstock.

The mats are a pacific blue card (Hunkydory) and a polka dots pp (SBC).

I have a small embossing folder (Diamond Press) that I used with some Holographic card. I matted this onto some brown/red shimmer card.

I offset the dark blue and pp to create a pattern. I added the focal in the center and added a polka dot bow (Paper Wishes).
