Give a Cheer
3x6" tag I cut down from a piece of blue scrap
Around the edges I used gold heat embossing powder
Gold doily cut in half and placed as you see
Layered the candle stickers
I punched a hole at the top then attached an eyelet with my Crop-
A-Dile Big Bite
