I used sb.com Nested Arches on this one and fussy cut the fairy and stars, inked around the edges and added some lace from my stash. I topped it off with Twinkle/Sunset/Diamond Stickles. The red glitter is from Walmart and card base is Paper Studio Vintage Christmas from Hobby Lobby.
