Give a Cheer
This is a card my MIL asked me to do for our city's fire Chief from the fire commissioners. This card was huge, inside is a pocket so that it would hold the brochure and gift card to a BB that they were giving him as a gift. I wanted it to look like the text portion had caught fire, and I wanted the gold to look like the old school gold leafing the classic fire trucks had, it looked much better IRL. The gold ink is shadowed by black to make it stand out. The badge is by K and Company made out of real metal and weighs a lot. I loved that piece and had actually bought it to use on my husbands fire pictures but when MIL asked me to do the card I just had to use it for that and it gives me a great reason to go shopping for another one! The little white things at the bottom are the wheels from the truck on the inside of the card.
