For September's Cosmo Cricket and Word Creative challenges.

The journaling says "4 cast - on a sunny day in August, it's raining meerkats and prairie dogs (and other creatures, too!) National Zoo ~ 8/16/08"

I handcut the sun from CC Snappy pp (Get Happy collection). The bg is also CC; I can't recall the name but it's clouds. I think it's from the Storytime collection but I'm not sure. The little circles at the bottom are also CC.
