Give a Cheer
1-3-11...I got another look at the buck with the unusual antlers, still not a great shot but better than the last one. There was six other deer with these two guys...five, that had already gone thru the gate and one trailing behind them. I was annoyed when the 2-point stopped, he wasn't too sure about going on so Mr. Wonk E. Antlers was patient and didn't crowd him. I waited patiently too for the 2-pt to step out of the way so I could get a good face/head shot of my guy. And we waited...and waited, finally I decided I'd better just take a pic and as I did, my guy turned to look at the deer bringing up the rear...his movement prompted the 2-pt to get going again and they both moved rather quickly so I didn't get another decent photo. After I looked at the photos I was glad the 2-pt balked and my guy looked back because this is a great comparison of typical and non-typical antlers. TFL! [P1032002]
