Give a Cheer
This is a page from 6X6 MME paper pack - SUNSHINE - I used a page and a cut out from another page in the paper pad. I stamped "Make A Big Wish". I used a Martha Steward doily edge punch. Glued some lace to the punch out and adhered the strip to the poke a dot page. I glued the cutout on top of the punch out/lace. Finally I glued some little sewing themed buttons to frame the cut out.
