I love peonies, they are my favorite flowers, and I was very happy to buy myself three of them the other day! :) I misted some Studio Calico Neon mists on a craft sheet, added a bit of water and used the neon inks like Distress inks - dipped my background paper into the ink to get that watercolor look :)
