I love this design, not used often enough! Each panel is perfectly placed. Nice sentiment on vellum. I tried that yesterday and of course I touched it before it had a chance to dry. Smeared, yup!

The purple frame was die cut (Amazon die) and attached to an A2 floral card panel which was trimmed to size. This was then attached to another A2 card panel. The hello (Vicki Boutin Art for Everyone) was stamped in black (archival ink) on vellum. I went over it with a purple glitter pen which is hard to see on the photo but looks pretty good in person. I then used pops of color and a black glitter pen in the middle of the flowers to brighten them up.
