Happy Birthday Scroll Shaped Card

I love shaped cards. They are so fun to make and can be done with any die on hand.
This card was made with a scroll shaped die (Amazon) cut from brown card and front covered with pp from Belle Countryside (CC). I inked the edges with Distress ink in Walnut Stain. I cut the steampunk bird (Amazon) from blue matte foil card and added some gold glossy gears. I added some blue gems. (On the inside I added more (and more) blue gems. It looks very sparkly in the light at night! On the inide I used some more pp to mat the inside for writing a note. I added another gear die cut and a sentiment from one of Tim Holtz' sentiment strip collections.
