I did this one for the 2025 CHRISTMAS IN OCTOBER challenge and the 4 FOR 4 CHALLENGE.
Using some snowflake stencil mixing some cloud whip and Nuvo drops in black, some 49 and Market and some Vicki Boutin and lots of stash.
