Questions & Answers

  • In the project shown, the text looks gold. Is the black portion of these transfers "foilable"?   By: dburdi (16-Dec-23) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • Hello, these are rub-on transfers. You would apply these to your product by cutting out the sentiment or snowflake placing it on the project and the use pressure and friction for it to adhere to the place you have placed it. These sheets include holiday message strips in white with a black background and black snowflakes scattered throughout the pages. The second sheet features white backgrounds, black wording, and white snowflakes. In the project displayed they used the white snowflakes located on the second page included in this product. • All the sentiments in this set have a background (black or white) so if you foiled either you would get a box around the letters in whatever color you foiled. The sample project shows just the letters and that would not be the case if it were foiled. Further, the font is different (in the last word the R's tail curves under the S and there are several other font differences). Lastly, some of the words ("happiest" in the sentiment shown on the project) are not present on this sheet of transfers. I believe the shown project does not use these transfers for the sentiment. I wonder if she used the snowflakes or perhaps used a sentiment from the transfers on the inside of the card that isn't shown. I've never known transfers to be foilable, but when mine arrive I will try foiling one. If it does work I will update this answer. By: cszekeres (17-Dec-23) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you!
