DO NOT cut the tip! More than likely some glue dried in the tip. You will want to clean the tip. DO NOT push a pin in the tip as this will push the dried glue back into the bottle. To clean the tip is easy.
Hold the bottle in on hand. With your other hand, push on the side of the tip with your thumb and the tip will pop off. Soak the tip in a glass of hot water for 10 min. From the outside of the tip, insert a small tooth pick or a small paper clip to push through the tip hole. This will clear it. Repeat soaking if there is still dried glue in the tip. Once clean, push the tip all the way back on the glue and you are good to go. If you have any questions, please call Tonic at 209.253.0596. For the glue pens, you need to press down on the felt tip 12 to 24 times until you see the light blue glue starts to soak into the felt tip. This should work. If not, try their adhesive sheets. They’re pretty sticky and strong so you won’t have wiggle room for a mistake. If that doesn’t work, maybe you need to use a different kind of glitter cardstock. Sounds crazy but some glitter paper are just not good quality. I believe that you will love this glue so much that you will use it on all your projects! It dries much quicker than 24 hours. However, we list this because that is when it is fully dry and depends on how heavy you apply the glue. If you call Tonic Studios at (844) 866-4287, I will send you a few mini sample bottles to try out so that you can be the judge. When you call, ask for Gary and mention this note.

If your smaller bottle is low or empty for a short period of time, you can refill it with the larger bottle (201n). If it has been empty for a while and the glue started to dry inside the bottle, then I recommend you rinse out the bottle thoroughly with hot water until you get all the glue out.
