The Clear Extra Light Strand is from the Marquee Love Collection for use with the Marquee Letter and Iconic Shape Kits (sold separately) by Heidi Swapp. Included in the package is one strand of 24 lights.
I placed these lights around my flower crown that I wore to a music festival and they were a big hit. Everyone kept asking me where I got the lights and how I managed to get the lights the perfect size for a flower crown.
The lights are super bright and the battery pack is not heavy at all.
Will definitely be using these lights again for my next flower crown.

Does this light strand come with battery pack but no bulb caps? Also, can all sizes of bulb caps fit these lights?

This light strand fits all of the letters. It comes with the battery pack, but not the bulb caps. It is a little longer than the one that comes with the letters, because it is generic to be able to fit all letters.
