  Faded looking pictures

  I expected crisp, clear, sharp, colorful pictures. Had these been so, I would have been pleased. Instead the pictures looked fuzzy, faded, and almost out of focus. May especially was hard to see. I did contact Scrapbook.com with my disappointment and they took care of the problem. So my faith in Scrapbook.com was restored. I will continue to be a customer.
