This is a really good quality cardstock. The actual measurements of this cardstock is 12" X 12 3/8". This is my base cardstock for many purposes. I make albums and folios and this is the perfect weight and quality for my projects. The price is fair and the carstock dos not bleed like the cheap brands. I also really like the textur.
This is my go-to black cardstock. It's a very deep black that works well when matting other colors. It makes them pop. My only regret is that its grasscloth texture doesn't always work well with stamping. It depends on the quality of the stamp.
Used in this project: Halloween Banner
If you're looking for a faded black, then this is what you want. I was looking for a solid strong black paper, and was a little disappointed.
Very nice card stock. Perfect for scrapbooking needs. Nicely packaged for shipping as well.
I have been working with Bazzill paper for well over 10 years and it has never let me down. Some papers when you cut them with an electronic cutting machine, the fibers will clog the cutting blade very quickly. Not with Bazzill. There is one thing I would recommend. If you are cutting a very detailed and/or delicate design with your cutting machine you need to make some small changes. I flip my design over in my program and also place my paper texture side down on the mat. This is because I enjoy have the texture side of my design showing on my finished project and with cutting this way, there is less chance of delicate parts of the design ripping. I sometimes think when the blade hits textured paper the blade gets somewhat off track. I also like the fact that if does not have a white core. Oops! I almost forgot. To me, this is a nice Deep Black, I does not look faded at all.
This is my backup black cardstock. I much prefer keeping Raven in Stock. This one is a little lighter than solid black. Almost looks a little dull
Perfect black for my projects.
I love all the Bazzill cardstock. As a cardmaker, I love the weight which is sturdy but not too heavy. It's great for card panels and die cuts!
hello and just commenting on the fact that the grasscloth lines in this black color are very subtle. the photo on my pc made them seem larger and i worried a bit but wanted to try it out. It is lovely and a subtle texture. just fyi
Bazzill is a great all around craft paper. It perfect for any project!
