The card stock is a very nice weight. The color is more of an ocean blue instead of a school mascot navy. Very pretty.
On my monitor this appeared to be a more Navy Blue / Midnight Blue. In person it's a bright blue.
I love Bazzill cardstock. This is a great mid-tone blue that works well in many projects.

I love this color. It's a rich, royal blue. Not too bright. You could easily use this for a red, white, blue page. I would call this a primary blue. It's got a slight texture (canvas I think) that I really like too!
