This package of puffy stickers, Party Time, is part of the Birthday Bash Collection from Bella Blvd. These stickers include pieces of confetti, slices of birthday cake, stars, flowers, and party hats. These pieces can be added to cards, scrapbook pages, tags, journals, and other paper crafting projects.
I was most excited to find so many puffy stickers in one package for the project on which I was working.
