  Can be pretty but is not a mist

  I was disappointed because this sprays in splotches not a mist. When applied with a brush, it gives a nice sheen to paper beads and cardstock

  BM shimmer mist

  I shook and shook but comes out in blobs seems too thick. Been meaning to ask can I add water
