This package includes 24 colored pencils, the Aquablend Essentials Collection from Spectrum Noir and Crafter's Companion. These are artist-quality watercolour pencils. These pencils are fully water-soluble with a thick, rich pigment core, making them very easy to blend. This set includes hand-selected colors that were chosen to match and complement each other. This collection includes a rainbow of shades from bold and rich to soft pastels, plus black and grey shades.
