Heat up your design with the Lava Red Pixie Powder from Cosmic Shimmer. There is one 30 ml bottle of pink powder included in the package from Creative Expressions.
So I really recommend if you are trying to get a deep garnet kind of red color for this to add more powder if its going to be mixed in with something thick like soft gloss, texture paste, etc. Experiment with it first, and look at how pigminted you want the color because I needed a really bold red color and more me I had to keep putting more of it. But don't worry about wasting it, lol, there's A LOT of it in there that will go a long ways. If it's going to be on paper, (cardstock for example) then the deep garnet red color will show up easily. If you are looking for a more brighter, light blood red color then "Catherine Wheel" is best because when it's got plenty of water then it will mix in with it's other colors in it fine. Otherwise if you use a fine spray mist at a distance then you will get that pretty separated array of colors you see on it's example ad. (didn't use a Fancy bottle) There is definitely a lot of fine sparkle reflecting from it. I tried experimenting various ways and even worried about the water ruining the sparkle because I added a huge glob! (I was afraid because I've never used it before so I didn't know what to expect; also I did it on a very thin drawing paper to test it) it came out just fine, and this was with the paper towel soaking it up most of it without patting it down. Here's a great link showing all the colors, (as i have them all) but unless you see it in person, neither my description or this video link does it justice! Amazing, versatile product that is well worth investing because you can put this in ANYTHING! Water, glues, paints, inks, mediums.
