Deep green--significantly darker than spruce yet not so dark as to appear black. The color matches what you see on the cover and the pad is foam and very juicy upon arrival. Inks up my rubber and photopolymer stamps with ease. I recommend purchasing the refill at the same time so you will always have the ink on hand. Very pleased with product. I'm still pretty new to CP Inks, but so far so good and I love this line!
I am 100% sold on these inks. The colors are so vivid and stamp so smoothly.
I was surprised how quickly they ink up a stamp. With other brands I'm inking my stamp several several times to try and get a full, even cover before using it. With these, you hardly have to touch the pad against your stamp and it's fully covered.
The other surprise was how easy, especially for a dark color, the ink came off the stamp when I was done. A quick wipe on a shammy and it was completely gone.
I will absolutely be getting more of these inks.
I'm a huge fan of Catherine Pooler Ink. They're so juicy and have so many vibrant colors. Totally worth the investment and I promise, you will love them too! This has quickly become one of my favorite greens!

I realky love green inks and own different shades of green from different brands. This is my favorite of them all. Really easy to use and the color pay is absolutely gorgeous ! And its reink bottle is wonderful as well. I use this ink pad all the time. Wonderful!
For some reason the colours don’t seem as bright as I thought.
