My included pocket pages came damaged and I contacted support and they mailed out new ones right away, customer service is A+! I love the binder, honestly will probably order more in different colors in the future! The color is BEAUTIFUL and I use it for my Kpop Photocards and Inclusions collection. The 12x12 size and 12 pocket pages are perfect for me, the combination pockets are so nice to make album spreads with postcards, mini posters, and cards. The pockets are also big enough to hold top loaders which is perfect for me. 1010 recommend if you collect for groups like seventeen that have lots of members and don’t fit in 9 pocket pages!
