Yes I would recommend this punch. It was trying to catch some at the beginning but seems to be ok now.
I needed a 2. 5" circle, and I hesitated to buy, because unfortunately I don't find Fiskars products to be the best, other than their scissors, and gardening tools! This punch takes a lot of strength, and also it leaves a tiny little cut in the circle. It was hard cutting 75 circles, and as far as the little cut, I was lucky that my project let me cover it up with a little bow. If I wasn't covering, it would look like you made a tiny tear in each circle!!
