This is a very pretty ink pad--love the colors.
One of the ink pad strips is loose and I will be contacting Hero Arts to let them know this as they are an excellent company and care about their products. I will also contact S.com to let them know as well.

S.com sent me a new ink pad-to replace the faulty one I received, they opened it up to check it, re-sealed it with shrink wrap and I received it today. They're so thoughtful in customer card at S,com and so caring and cheerful about making things right when/is there is a problem.
If something is not right with your order, at least give them a chance to make it right. As you can see, I said something about receiving a faulty ink pad, said I would keep up with this progress and now, I have. I couldn't be more pleased dealing with S.com's Customer Care department. I contacted S.com customer care and they are sending me a new pad, which was opened and then closed again with shrink wrap to make sure the pad was secure, so I've given this transaction a five star rating. S.com is in contact with Hero Arts about this problem.
I LOVE these ink pads... to me, they are such the best combo of Kaleidocolor and Distress Oxide ink pads. I absolutely LOVE the backgrounds I have created with them. Swipe them down on the Kraft mat and then spritz them - twist the card and - oh, how amazing are the backgrounds!
