    Creates a very lovely effect with little effort

    I tried this first on plain ivory card stock and it looks wonderful and can now be embellished with shimmer polish or some other medium. I also used it on scrapbook paper that already had color splashes printed on it and the effect is really quite stunning. This can also be embellished with pops of color or gel pens.
