This 12" x 12" sheet of Chippies, Her, is from Mintay Papers. This sheet features 2 mm thick, light chipboard designs with a HER theme. These chippies include mirrors, combs, shoes, perfume bottles, nail polish bottles, dress forms, makeup cases, combs, hearts, mascara, dress forms, and more. These pieces are ready to paint, ink, or cover with paper. These pieces can be added to cards, scrapbook pages, tags, journals, and other paper crafting projects.
These pieces are just what I was looking for for a project...but removing them from the whole sheet is tricky. They are laser-cut, and have small points where they are attached. You must use a craft/utility knife (Exacto or similar) to remove them, but then the tiny attaching "dots" remain on the piece. I tried to carefully trim with small scissors and sand them with a nail file, but they are pretty delicate and don't sand easily. It's particularly hard to get to the small "inside" edges, like on the compact mirror. I used a Sharpie to color one and that worked fine, but they're just so much work to remove and getting them smooth is almost impossible. I'll probably not order something like this in the future. Images/shapes are great but too much work to get them prepped for use.
