These double-ended blending stumps and tortillons are made with soft paper felt. They can be pointed with a sandpaper block. Included in this set are blending stumps (1/8", 1/4", 3/8", and 7/16") and tortillons (3/16", 1/4", and 5/16"). There are 10 pieces total included.
