The product description and QA here says the size of these punches is 'approximately 2"' but the packaging the product arrived in clearly stated it was 2.1". The product works fine, but if anyone like me was hoping they could fit these into 2" PL pockets, they can't without trimming, and my page protector gaps are on the large side. If you just want small squares as elements for pages, this is a great tool though!
I looked forever for a punch that was even close to 2x2 instead of just 2 inches on the diagonal. I'm so happy to have found this punch and have had a great time playing with it. It's surprisingly smooth to operate for such a large punch and I like that there is a cover over the back in case you are just cutting a bunch of squares and don't want them all to go flying.
Sometimes I feel that Marvy Uchida should pay me for being a spokesperson but I LOVE THIS PUNCH! I know, you are thinking, "but am I gonna use it that often?". Trust me, you will! Not only have I used it for multi-pic LOs but I use it for punching out pp from scraps to make a LO, or pp for card making....the possibilities are endless. Believe me, I know, just look at my gallery and you will see - I use it alot! It punches so nicely - never any jagged edges - a nice clean punch! BUY IT, YOU'LL BE THANKING ME!

I love this punch. It is the first Marvy Uchida punch I have ever purchased. I have used several different brands of punches, but this one is so easy and smooth to punch. I was very impressed. I think I will probably be purchasing more styles soon!

I never really got the whole punch thing before. I thought I have a trimmer, why do I need to spend extra money on a square punch. Well, let me tell you it is easy, consistent and has become essential in my layouts. I like using a grid and find myself going back to this punch over and over again. It is a great size for photos and paper- layouts and cards. Of course, once I discovered how great punches are, I had to have more and now am a bit of a punch addict. Ah well. This is the one that started it all. I like to think of it as my gateway punch.

Maybe my area got a bad bunch of these but they punch out a little larger than 2 inches square. I was hoping to cover a 12x12 entirely with 2x2 photos and pp and journaling. Punched everything out and it didn't fit to the page. :( I had to go back and trim off a little on EVERY square.
I'll still use it as a matting maybe for when I get a true 2x2 punch.
