This five piece layering stencil set, Modern Design Blocks, is designed by Inna Moreva for Pinkfresh Studio. This stencil set coordinates with the Modern Design Blocks hot foil plate (sold separately). This stencil set can be used alone for a soft, no-line coloring design or you can use them with the coordinating stamps for more detailed images. There is a separate stencil for each layer and each stencil has guidelines for perfect alignment when using the stencils alone. These stencils can be used with your favorite inks, markers, embossing pastes, glitter pastes, texture pastes, stencil butter, paper glaze, paints, sprays, and other crafting mediums (sold separately). These stencils will clean up easily whichever medium is used. These stencils can be used for cards, scrapbook pages, tags, journals, planners, art journals, and other paper crafting and mixed media projects.
I've created a simple card by using stencils and black Stabilo point 88 pen to mark desired areas. Coloring was added with aqua brush and acrylic paint thinned to wash. After preparing initial card front I added details with same Stabilo point 88 pen, cut card size, backed with desired color layer and mounted to top opening card front. Simplicity rules my card game.. No gems or ribbons on this card, but you certainly could. See my card on on Instagram, Colleen Hinze
