  Where�s the Ink!

  I’ve been collecting all the Pinkfresh Mini ink pads. So I decided to get the black and white ones too. One thing I noticed upon arrival is that it wasn’t plastic wrapped or anything. I didn’t try it out right away, a mistake I won’t make again. But I put it in a storage container with lid to keep them all fresh as possible. So i just had an opportunity to swatch them all. Sadly, when I got to the black it was almost completely dried out!!! I couldn’t get a solid impression at all. Then I tried swiping the ink pad on a piece of card and still practically no ink. I did purchase a reinker for it but even that doesn’t seem to want to soak into the pad. It’s almost as if the pad is crusted over or something. I will reach out to customer service and see it they will do anything about it.
