This is a very interesting stamp design on a word background with a watch in the lower right corner.
The birds look like crows lifting up from a bare tree.
And a great stamp for ancestral themes!

This is a nice Tim Holtz stamp but I suppose I didn’t read the description close enough. It’s way too small for what I wanted to use it for.

ATC is an abbreviation for Artist Trading Cards, and they are "miniature pieces of art that are traded around the world. Artists create, trade and collect art at organized "swap" events, either in person or online. The only official rule for ATCs is the size: 2.5" x 3.5"."
