This 12" x 12" Collection Pack Enchanting Christmas Basics is from Paper Rose. This pack includes 12 double sided patterned papers, you get two each of 12 double sided designs. These designs include beautiful Christmas scenes in purple as well as woodgrain designs, gingham, Christmas trees, gnomes, and snowflakes in purple and teal. These designs are printed on 200 gsm paper which is medium-weight paper. These papers can be used for cards, scrapbook pages, tags, journals, and other paper crafting projects.
To be honest this paper didn't look as nice as I had anticipated, I think my imagination saw it as more lilac than it is, it's still nice and I'll use it but it didn't grab my attention in person. Color is so important to me...certain colors really appeal to my eye and sense of style. I really wish there were more brick and mortar scrapbook stores. Things look different in person, and it is much easier to judge size in person. A lot of papers that are perfect for scrabooking 12x12 layouts just aren't small enough scene for US A2 cards. Which are a 8 1/2 by 11 sheet of paper cut in fourths in size. Quite tiny in size. Cheap to mail though. Scrapbook stores use to be on every corner, more than a dozen in a city, and now maybe just one or two left that are a two hour drive away. Seeing this pad in person just made me long for the days of more brick and mortar stores!
