Included in the package is one notebook insert.
Really loving this with the chipboard album, my only suggestion, put more pages in. Some of us use these with more journaling than we do pictures or remembering, but love the lined pages.
the paper is way too thin. the lightest moisture seeps onto other pages even though I was careful to cover the underlying pages.
