I have not been impressed with other Distress Ink blue hues...but, this color reminds me of Sleeping Beauty turquoise....which is the most beautiful hue of turquoise, IMHO! I have seen this same color in oxidized copper, too, but this is less stressful to obtain (especially for card making)!

When I first saw this ink color I hesitated , did not think I wanted it . After watching some tutorials of it I wanted it and am glad I did. It goes with so many blends and color is different than others I have.

I just had to have this new color in the distress ink line. It is the perfect ink color to be used for Christmas. I have used it on gift tags already and it looks fabulous!

Typical Tim Holtz product - great! It’s a very beautiful color of red and inky. I plan to use this when I make my Christmas cards this year.

I like the Distress Inks and this color is just beautiful. It's sort of a dark aquamarine color and I love it. I wanted the reinker because it can be used like watercolor when mixed with distilled water.
(I've used distilled water ever since a class instructor told us that it doesn't tend to cause mold in something you need water for, such as diluting a color, not that you would do that with the re inkers because you don't make a lot of that with the reinkers.)

I plan on using this with my Christmas stamps to use on cards.
I always buy the reinker when I buy a new color.

I like the ability to add ink to the pad instead of purchasing another pad, especially in the middle of a project!
