What fun it is to use this die in so many ways--ombre colors, mixing patterns & soluds for backgrounds, using sections as banners, using sections for partial backgrounds, etc. Also, you get multiple cards with only a few cuts of this die. Two cuts become 4 or more cards, depending on how yoy use the pieces. Cuts come out easily too.
I have the wavy die set as well but I like this one much better. You can use these strips independent of each and add sentiments and just use one strip on a card. It turns out looking very professional. They are quite sharp. I found it's easier if you line them up on an A2 white card and them put them on your final product.

This die cuts cleanly every time. It is a fast and simple way to add color and texture to any theme card.
I appreciate a background die that cuts smoothly and when using different cardstock, the pieces go together easily. I used 6 different blues to make mine and then added white foliage on top to keep it simple. Since I don't like to make multiples, I'm going to think of other things to put over the remaining slices. I don't like to make duplicates so it will be a fun challenge for myself. Fish may be next. It's too bad I can't add a photo to this review so you can see what I mean.
After watching the video, I knew this was a must have for my collection of dies. I love how you can make multiple cards from just using 6 different shades with one cut each.
This die is fantastic and should be a staple in every craft room. I made six complete card fronts within 10-15 minutes. It is very affordable, lean, and cuts smoothly like butter. I will suggest this tool to other crafters in the future.

Hello, the measurements for this cover plate are designed to fit the size of an A2 card, however, you could use it in different ways for other sizes as well. The cover plate is a standard A2 size (4.25" x 5.5") with each wave being 4.5" wide and ranging from .7" to 1" tall.
