If you need to fit more photos in your 9x12, these are wonderful. Easily slide them in and insert from the side, not the top. Nothing will fall out of these and they're not 3x4 and 3.25x4.575 and 2.75x4.15. Consistent measuring, unlike other brands from scrapbooking long ago..
this is a great pocket page if you like to add tickets or bits of ephemera to your book. it's also a great page for journaling cards. i love that this folds over the front of the page to create a really neat collage effect. i can use macro photos with landscape style shots to create an all encompassing view of an area in one lay-out. this is a really versatile pocket page. i bought 1 pack of these to try and after my first lay-out i immediately ordered 2 more packs.

Will these be available in 12 x 12?

As of now there are no plans for these to be available in 12 x 12 but depending on how they sell that is a possibility for the future.
