I bought this because my grandson loves to look at pictures, but at 2, he's a little hard on the ol' scrapbook pages. I saw this, along with the page protectors and thought, "A-ha! Another creative outlet and a photo album he can look at, and I will not cry if he destroys the pages.
The 4x6 pages were super fast to create. I did about fifteen in less than a week. In between the pages, I slipped in pairs of portrait 4x6 photos and voila! Instant, kid-friendly photo album. The page protectors slip right on the carousel with no fuss.
I love the fact that the carousel is sturdier than I expected. The metal is solid and the base is weighted so it stays put and doesn't tip over very often. The finial on the top lets you spin through the pictures with ease. The chrome finish is attractive and stands up to fingerprints and spills and dust with no problems. Wipes clean quite easily.
I would definitely recommend this product.
I bought two of these thinking that the cards I had made would fit in the plastic sleeves - no way - so I will be able to use them, but not as I wanted to use them.
I got this spinner as part of the Ali Edwards family spinner project and I love it! Its such a great way to display a ton of photos and get people looking at them. I can definitely see myself doing more projects with this in the future
