Hello, press plates are used with the Spellbinders BetterPress LetterPress machine link in conjunction with a die-cutting machine. When you use the Press Plate with the BetterPress you apply ink to the Press Plate and running this through the die-cutting machine imprints the image with the ink and presses the image into the paper.
