This jar of Blue Neptune Stardust Metallic Pigment is designed by Cristina Radovan for Stamperia. This pigment is an extra fine-grained powder that is designed to produce luminosity on any surface where it is applied. This metallic powder can be applied to any black surface. This pigment should be used with the Black and Matt Superbase (sold separately) for priming and then used with Beeswax (also sold separately) for better adhesion. This pigment can be spread with your finger or a brush. This jar contains approximately 0.5 grams of pigment.
