Create professional-looking crafts with the Sizzix Alterations Collection Tim Holtz Scribbles and Splat Thinlits Dies. These dies cut through foil, vellum, paper and cardstock. They work with the BIGkick, Big Shot and Vagabond machines (sold separately) and can also be used to emboss and stencil. Dies include heart, scribbled lines, splat and a spiral.
I was a bit concerned about all the "fine lines" with these dies, but they are really quite easy to use. No problems with them being "so" fine that they are difficult to remove from the die. And there are only a few small extra pieces to use, or ignore, as wanted - the splatter die has a few "extra" splatters to adhere separately from the main image.
Very happy with this set! Nicely sized images, too, for building embellishment clusters or using on cards.

I love these dies. Being so thin and detailed, I have to use a metal shim with them, but totally come out great!

This Scribble and Splat collection of Thinlits is one I've had my eye on for a while. When I saw it on sale I scooped it up! It is fun, versitile and easy to use. The pieces can be mixed and matched with other sets I have as well. Thank you Scrapbook.com
I loved the dies, you do have to use a metal shim though, but the detail came out so perfect.

I absolutely adore this Tim Holtz die set! I wasn't sure if it would be to intricate to use but I decided to purchase it (on sale) and I love all of them...my 2 favs are the heart and the splatter (which is perfect for coffee layouts)! I would highly recommend this set for scrapbooking or card making.

A little delicate to remove from the die depending on the paper but worth the effort to achieve the look.
Fun four dies. Un-numbered ways to use them. Very happy with this purchase. In fact while at class I put in an order for all of us. Certainly a big hit!

Can I use the thi lets dies on a Cuttlebug machine and also the tea cups big die? Thanks.

You can use the thinlits dies in your Cuttlebug. You will need an A, B and C plate....as with all thin metal dies.
