This die brush has an ergonomic rubber grip handle to prevent slippage and is easy to maneuver. There is one die pick for poking out the pieces that stick which measures 1/2" x 5 1/4" x 1/2". This has a removable cap for safety and storage. The foam pad is the perfect work surface that allows you to roll the brush over the intricate die cuts and measures approximately 4 1/2" x 7 1/4". When a new favorite die turned out to be hard to clear, I ordered this set. Then I discovered how useful that magnet on the bottom of the handle is! No more trying to pick up letters or tiny pieces with my fingers. The pick is exactly the right size for the holes in Sizzix dies as well. It is so much better than using a straight pin for the task.
Had to google how to get base on. It seems to not fit but I played with it a bit and found if you roll the handle with firm pressure into the magnetic base it just clicks in. Happy now that I have this tool
I am disappointed with this tool, although I would still recommend it. It works like a dream, removing small pieces of stubborn paper that are still attached after die cutting. Unfortunately the magnetic piece that is supposed to snap on to the tool is the wrong size and absolutely will not fit so you can't make use of it! It must be a design flaw because it's the same color but not the correct size. Bummer!
I cannot get this item to work for me. The magnet DOES NOT attach. The instructions on the back of the card say to visit Sizzix.com/instructions for detailed instructions, and there are none! Disappointed in this item, just my opinion. Maybe it works for you.
