What is not to love about this folder? The design is gorgeous, the impression deep and lasting in your cardstock, and it can be colored in a variety of ways with different mediums. I for one, want to try embossing this design on gold paper, the design on the cover of this product is so gorgeous! You will love working with this folder and it will fast become a go-to when you want to make gorgeous cards for friends and family for years to come!
I was disappointed in the design of this folder once I tried it. Some of the non-dandelion elements (splotches?) have more dimension than the blowing dandelion seeds so they are more prominent. When attempting to ink it by tried and true methods (either brayering ink onto the background of the folder before embossing or by very lightly taking an ink pad direct to paper after embossing) I only ended up with a very busy card front that's hard to read.
I am new to this. I guess I expected them to be the full size sheet like the dots that cam with my big shot plus bundle. I think the size should be in the visible description instead of the additional information you have to click on to see. I'll be sure to double check before ordering embossing folders in the future.
The 3D embossing detail creates amazing images. This is a beautiful design that I will use for sympathy cards. The folder embossed many types of paper as well as acetate. Foiled papers look amazing with this simply elegant design. Great value and quality product.
Another excellent embossing folder. Makes a clear embossed piece and it is easy to roll through my Sizzex Foldable machine. For sure I would recommend it to anyone who likes Mother Nature as the background to their die cuts.

This embossing folder has dandelions in the stage of casting their seeds into the wind. When I was a kid, I loved to pick them and blow them into the wind. (I'm sure the neighbors appreciated that!) :D For some reason the other kids called the fluffy seed holders, "winnie-stealers." Don't ask me why because I don't know and no one ever said why, so I just called them that, too.
I'm real happy with this embossing folder and its pattern.
I've not had a chance to try out the embossing folder yet, but the ridges and grooves feel very well defined, so I am confident it will work great. I'm looking forward to using it on upcoming projects.
