I love my purple tape - I use it quite often. It holds my stencils on paper and I use it to secure watercolor paper to my board to prevent the paper from slipping.

This tape is amazing! It holds my die cuts onto the paper so that I get a precise cut for stamped images. And you can reuse the pieces a couple of times before they are no longer sticky. So a little goes a long way!

This doesn't need a review, everyone knows it is the best "tacky" tape to hold dies in place and not take the top layer of paper with it when it is removed! I put mine in a heavy tape dispenser so I can tear it off one handed. Easy

So happy to have this tape in the smaller width. It is the perfect tackiness that it never tears my projects. I’ve used the wider with for a super long time and was always tearing it for smaller widths. I’m super happy!!

This is an easy to remove, delicate tap. I use it to hold stencils or dies when making cards and have not experienced any torn cardstock or residue. I have tried other masking/painter's tape and this is the clear winner.

can this be used to re-tack a Cricut mat?

My guess is that the Pixie Spray tack is not strong enough for re-tacking an electronic cutting (such as Cricut) machine mat (but do not quote me on that). I have seen the following repositionable adhesives recommended for re-tacking a cutting mat: Zig 2-Way Jumbo Glue Pen, Aleene's Tack-It Over & Over Liquid Glue, Krylon Easy Tack Repositionable Adhesive Spray [7020]
