Hello, welcome to Camellia Cottage!

To those of you who know me from earlier days, I'm back!  To those of you who don't know me, here is my story in a nutshell!

I played a lot on sb.com, made friends and learned a lot from Feb. 2008 until Feb. 2009.  In 2009 my dad's health got much worse, and I spent most of my time helping my mom take care of him, and taking care of my mom.  I didn't have much time, and when I did have time I wouldn't let myself do much crafting because I felt I needed to be doing things around the house.  I was in depression for a long time, and if you know anything about it, it is a monster that runs your life!  My dad went to heaven in September 2009, and by October I was beginning to have the old itch to play with paper again. 

The old itch turned into a full blown need to create with all the tools and supplies that stared me in the face each day.  I am making my way back into this craft that I love.

My sweet hubby bought me a Cricut Expression for Christmas this year - even he knew how badly I needed the therapy of creating cards.  I am still learning to use it, and having a blast!
