Xyron sticker maker -- permanent or repositionable?

RE: Scrapperbee: I use only repositionable--I like to change my mind, experiment, prepare for mistakes. But I've never had a problem with things coming off; in fact, by the next day it's pretty permanent. Also, yes, you can switch off.

That is so good to hear! I've been using it for about a year now. Was planning on doing some research on it, ask Xyron about it.

I only have the 150 and I like the repositionable, especially for when I'm placing title letters, BUT I was just speaking to the owner of my lss last week and she informed me that they were told that eventually (maybe a matter of a few years) the repositionable dries up and your items will fall off. I'm not happy about that and plan to switch to permanent when I run out of repositionable and then we'll see what happens with all that I've already used.

Also, can you swap the cartridges back and forth? That is, can I use permanent, swap it out for repositionable and then back again without too much waste?
