What do you use to "glue" ribbon onto a paper?

I've tried a variety of things, but not to happy with anything in particular. What do you use to put ribbon on a lo?

usually either run it thru my little X (xyron) or use red line tape.

um.... i have sewn them on. and tried ... unsuccessfully... to use double sided sticky tape

What a great idea. I just brought my mother and I a Xyron not to long ago. And I have had a time with ribbons. It is hard trying to keep the ribbon straight until the glue dries, and even then you still may have to reglue it. Double sided tape just does not do it.

Glue Dots for me 90% of the time...I also staple now and then or use the tape runner.

For lighter weight ribbon, my Tombo mono-adhesive. For heavier stuff, Glue Lines /dots. I've also stapled or stitched them on. You can also attach it with brads, if you have something like a cropadile that will cut through the ribbon and paper at the same time.

Xyron , duck adhesive, terrifically tacky tape. Usually the tape works the best for me!

Terrifically Tacky Tape is #1 in my book! The great thing about the tape is you can put it in your LO, make sure it's in a straight line, and then put the ribbon down and it will never ever move again!

The Xyron 150 is awesome too for smaller pieces of ribbon.
